Know Before You Go: Travel

We invite you to the 2019 NAE4-HA Conference that will be held at the Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, WV November 3-7, 2019. The Greenbrier is a family-friendly, world-class resort and is a National Historic Landmark. Known as “America’s Resort,” the Greenbrier has hosted 27 U.S. Presidents, royals, celebrities, and business leaders from all over the world.

The Greenbrier is located among the beautiful mountains of West Virginia, just off Interstate 64 just west of the Virginia/West Virginia border. This conference will literally provide travelers with “Mountains of Opportunities” to view the breathtaking landscape of this mountainous state.

There are many traveling options for your trip to the Greenbrier. You can literally get there by planes, trains, and automobiles.

Driving – You can reach the Greenbrier by car. It is a scenic drive from both Washington, D.C. or Charleston, WV. Parking is available on site, and valet parking is available for a fee.

From Interstate 64 West

Shuttle services will be provided from both airports and will give conference goers an opportunity to see even more of the mountains of West Virginia traveling to the Greenbrier. Car rental services are also available at both airports. Be prepared to pay toll charges if driving from either of these airports.
